The Tabata Protocol is something that I call “a frosting on the cake” to your workout. Just when you think sweets cannot get any sweeter, I smother your buns with this sugary-butt-blasting-crave-killing workout twist! So here’s the scoop (spoons are optional!).
Once upon a time in Japan lived a researcher by the name Dr. Izumi Tabata. And one night he had a dream that Japanese speed-skaters had special powers of the Power Rangers.
After he woke up from such an inspiring vision, Dr. Tabata began his research to find the secret to the Power Rangers’ strength. After endless hours of testing and researching he and his team discovered the magic formula and called it as we now know the Tabata Protocol. Speed-skaters zoomed with glee, the formula worked so well that Super-IT decided to reveal it to the rest of the world (I smell Power Rangers full-season DVD collection bribery!).
