Fiber also prevents the absorption of fat pushing it through the body as an unnecessary element.
2.    Spice your food. It is better to use no- or low-calorie spices like garlic and pepper, however, even such things as ranch dressing, onions, cheddar, parmesan, and taco-sauce will do their job.
