Community Involvement

This year Tyler is involved with “Joe’s Team” with the help of HSBC Triathlon. They are looking to raise a million dollars to fight against cancer. It is a great way to get people healthy, raise money and raise awareness for cancer. Tyler also works with Halffulltri.org , which is also fighting cancer in young adults.

Teri Hatcher: Diet and Exercise

From the looks of the photo above, this former Bond Girl, Teri Hatcher, could still give 007 a run for his money at the sexy age of 44.  These days, the Desperate Housewives star is careful about eating right and exercising.  She told People Magazine that she will have the occasional cheat consisting of potato chips and pizza but her normal diet is full of healthy eats such as chicken stir-fry with vegetable, oatmeal and tuna fish.  Hatcher stated, “What I love is to eat right – I am not a junk food eater.” Her workout regimen appears to be realistic and at the same time consistent.  She explained that she tries to “do a minimal workout every day” of 30 minutes of cardio, plus strength training. Lastly, she mentioned she likes to set fitness goals and her next feat will be a  mini-triathlon with friends. “My girlfriend got me a bike this year, so I think I’m going to do it,” she says.
